WiFi only working on certain apps

Hello,

WiFi will only connect to certain apps, all safeguards have been turned off to overcome this with no luck. Had the WiFi 7 months and issue has just started. Apps/phone/tv aren't the problem as will work using only mobile data.

Any help will be appreciated?
