WiFi wont connect to laptop

My wifi is working fine on my TV phone and ps4. However it wont work for Google search on any device and it wont work my computer and laptop.

I have tried practically anything online to sort this. 

Has anyone got any suggestions.

You need to complete your community forum profile details, @Kelseyydixx, for the forum staff to identify your account. 

Please go via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard; make sure you put in your landline phone number and a fallback mobile phone number; click finish to save.
