For the past few mornings I find the hub with a constant orange light. My security cameras are set to record and are obviously useless when this happens. Not impressed!!

I've ordered the router, should be with you within a couple of days but please allow up to 5 working days for delivery
Are there no stickers at all on the back of the router?
If you lift the card out of the back of the router (slide upwards) password for router login should be there.
