For the past few mornings I find the hub with a constant orange light. My  security cameras are set to record and are obviously useless when this happens. Not impressed!!

Hi Ksand1bu

I'm really sorry to hear this.

I've completed a line test which hasn't detected any faults. I have also updated your router firmware, please let us know how the connection compares following this.

Thanks

Debbie

Hi Debbie,
No drop outs as yet, however since the firmware update non of my 2.4 GHz devices, though working, show as connected on the router listing.

Hi Ken

Apologies for this.

Hi Debbie,

Still having problems, a. no internet, light flashing orange/white
b, no internet, continuous white light
c. 2,5 GHz devices sometimes show on reset then disappear
Beginning to suspect router fault.

Hi Ken,

I'm sorry to hear this. Would you like us to send a replacement router for testing purposes to rule this out?

Thanks

Hi Ken

If you lift the card out of the back of the router (slide upwards) password for router login should be there.

Hope this helps

Thanks

Debbie
