Work VPN not working

I can not access my work vpn using a DSL -3782 router.  How do I fix this?

Hi @sallybevin 

 

The TalkTalk Community Team have a firmware update that they may offer to update your router to support VPN working.

 

To receive that update please ensure your router has remote management (TR069) enabled and please ensure your Community Profile Personal Information (Click here) includes your name, address, current TalkTalk landline 'phone number and an alternate number (mobile recommended). Add, then scroll down and save changes. The TalkTalk Community Team OCE will then be able to link to your TalkTalk service account and deliver the update remotely.

I've updated your router firmware and this should resolve the VPN issue.
