At present having lots of problems with my You View/talktalk box.
At first it started freezing I couldn't change any channel get the guide up or anything so had to reset the box (button the back)
It then developed that any recording I made failed. It is now at the state that any previous records won't play either. Just a black screen.
I had done both a maintenance reset and a factory reset (losing all my recording...not happy) to no avail.
I can change channels now but usually for about a day before it freezes again. The recording/playing records is a complete no go.
I have searched the forum and found this has happened to other members.
I just don't know what to do now as the resets have NOT worked.
Any advice would be most welcome. However I feel the only answer is a new box.
