disconnecting same time for the last 2 days

Hi there 

            our connection has dropped ( only for around 2 minutes ) the same time the last 2 days ( 10-30am) .... prior to this we havent had any problems 

            could this be a router issue (hg633) or simply a problem at the exchange 

            i would be grateful if a OCE could check my line and report back any problems

I'm sorry to hear this and I'll take a look now. I've run a test on the line which hasn't detected a fault. How have you found the stability since your last post? Is the connection still dropping?
