fast fibre upgrade to fibre 150

Hello,

 

We currently have a contract for fast fibre until October 2021, however are needs have increased and we are looking into getting fibre 150, can we upgrade or do we need to wait until October of next year before we are able to do so? The reason for the query is that there seems to be no 'upgrade option' available when I log into 'my account'.

You should be able to upgrade to 150, if its available,  I suggest calling our Customer Loyalty Team during Business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00 to 18:00pm and Saturday 10:00-18:00) on 03451720046 to discuss this.
