I'm having intermittent problems for last few days with my internet connection. Router has white light on, I've done a test connection and that shows fine. I turned it off last night for a good few hours and when i put it back on it just kept flashing amber.
On my phone it WIFI shows connected but no internet access. Its slow and hardly works, even with devices that are hard wired.

I've completed a further line test which has now detected a possible fault on the line so I have escalated this straight over to Openreach to be investigated by a line engineer.
We should receive further updates within the next 48hrs.
