Thanks for trying this and I'm sorry to hear this. Have you now re-connected the router back at the master socket with the faceplate re-connected? Is the connection still dropping at the moment? As soon as we've confirmed this then I'll pass this straight over to our Network Team for further investigation.

yes everything is put back, it disconnected twice this morning in the space of about 20 minutes
