Had open-reach come out on Friday to fix my fibre. apparently it was an issue with the exchange just down the road. on the day the open reach engineer did his stuff, the fibre was perfect. but since Sunday the line has drooped down to 1.75mb (14mbps) and keeps disconnecting all the time.
cant use the service centre as it just replies states the following.
"Your broadband connection should be OK now
We've fixed a problem with your line and are now monitoring it. Your connection will reach its best performance in a few days; if you are still having issues, please get in touch."
