no Fibre, no router ...

Hey,  2 weeks ago I upgraded my service to Fibre and I received a message and a letter saying that my fibre will go live on 6th May 2020 and before this date I will receive a new router. 

However, I received an email on the 06/05/2020 saying that it’s ready to go live but I have Not received my router.

 

can someone please assist because this is unacceptable.

Have you tried using your existing router. Switch it off for 30 minutes then back on. It may well work as most recent talktalk routers have in-built support for fibre.
