overcharging - is this how you treat loyal customers?

I recently received an email from TalkTalk to renew my subscription (Fibre 65 & line rental), they want £26 a month for 2 years.  If i google that package it's only £24??????  why do you treat loyal customers so badly? why are you trying to scam me out of £50 extra?? is loyalty worth nothing?
