hi, every time I try to stream via ps4, amazon and nowTV both cause the router to reeboot every few minutes, it seems you are able to resolve this problem, any help appreciated
This is a known problem with the router's current firmware revision (V1.21) affecting potentially any media streaming device, that is easily fixed. There is trial firmware currently under test & if OK, this fix will be built into the next version of firmware will be released & will be automatically rolled out to all routers. The problem is until that is the case, TT do not know who has PS4s, XBoxs or Firesticks etc and so it has to be done on a case by case basis as someone reports it in a thread.
I will pass this now for you to one of TalkTalk's OCEs to pick your thread up and they will sort it for you.
The forum is not real time 24/7 support, so depending on how busy they are & how many are working at any one time, this can take 24 - 48 hrs (excluding weekends & Bank Holidays). The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first. So the fewer entries you make on your thread now, the sooner they will pick it up.
To save yourself time, please make sure that your community profile includes your first & last names, broadband phone number & if possible an alternative contact number. This can be done by clicking on your Avatar picture then click on "My Settings" followed by:-
Personal Profile > Personal Information
Otherwise, TT will not be able to tie up your forum username to your broadband account. Only you & TalkTalk have visibility of your details.

now tv has been streaming happily for 47 minutes now, which is 43 minutes longer than it has ever managed before! So all seems to be good but will let you know if there are any more problems.
