we "upgraded" to fibre some days ago. Your speed checker regularly reports that we have 5mpnd download and .5mbps upload - not exactly the promised high speeds that we were promised/paid for. We can also report that the wifi drops regularly for devices and that Wired devices also experience issues. Can you please advise on how this can be fixed?
