super slow slow slow speed

so i just got the fast fibre last week and this is just a fcking joke.. speed under 0.9mbs and lag over 400 .. i tryed to restart the router and then it died .. no internet no nothing.. i want to cancel my contract because ur services are not what u say it are

Thank you, this is so we can locate the line details and run some tests.

 

I have completed a line test which has detected a possible fault. Is the router connected at the test socket?

 

I can then escalate this fault over to be Openreach to be investigated by a line engineer.

I've escalated this fault over to Openreach to be investigated by a line engineer.

 

We should receive further updates from Openreach within the next 48hrs.
