wifihub sagecom connection not connected

I have just received the new wifi hub and have set it up. However it will not connect to my Samsung smart TV or my phone. On my Samsung phone it asks for sign in to network but when you click on it the connection timez out. On the TV it just says not connected. The router is showing solid white light and on both TV and phone the WiFi symbol is present. Can anyone help thanks
