wrong automatic answer

why when I use the drop down box to ask about fibre deals, do I get a box saying 'Ordered already! Unfortunately we are unable to give you our best offers at as you already have an order being fulfilled. Once your order has been completed you will be able to see offers again.' This has gone on since my last renewal almost 12 months ago.'

 

answer and fix please  😖

Hi @werkit

 

Thanks for your post.  You still have over 12 months left on your contract (expires 01/06/2020), So you wont be able to renew your package until you are in the last 90 days of your contact.

but not looking to change contract yet, I just clicked on 'fibre broadband - compare deals' and got the sorry but box.

Low and behold today it works, obviously you're a bit of magic!
