why when I use the drop down box to ask about fibre deals, do I get a box saying 'Ordered already! Unfortunately we are unable to give you our best offers at as you already have an order being fulfilled. Once your order has been completed you will be able to see offers again.' This has gone on since my last renewal almost 12 months ago.'

but not looking to change contract yet, I just clicked on 'fibre broadband - compare deals' and got the sorry but box.
