Updgraded from ADSL to Fibre and it has gone live. The telephone is working fine but cannot connect on laptops or mobile phones.
Keeps directing me to passwordhelper site but it doesn't load. Worked through phone and laptop setting with work IT department (railway engineer working from home) but they concluded it was a TalkTalk problem requiring TT to address.
How can I raise this issue with TT when there is no telephone support?
Phone call from OpenReach, issue now resolved.
Have same problem - wifi but no internet. Just says email@example.com so cannot get on to internet from devices. Have had endless 'chats' to support and OpenReach been out but getting no further to solving it. It seems problem was solved by another member by call from OpenReach. Is there an answer out there? Thanks
