Always been getting a stable up 30mb down 8. But for the last few weeks I'm getting around 18-20mb down and 5 meg up. Nothing has changed in my connection but speeds have dropped considerably. Could you possibly optimise my connection even if the router is off and check if any issues with my line

Thanks for confirming. Do you have an alternative router that you can test with? If not then I think we should send a replacement router for testing purposes? We would also send a routers returns bag so that one of the routers can be returned.

@nolimitzz TT cannot reset anything on fibre services.
You asked for a reset "even if the router is off" however repeatedly turning it on and off can result in the DLM system reducing speeds as it can see this as instability.
You should check for noise on the phone service and post the upstream and downstream noise margins from the router dashboard, these should both be around 6 dB
Are the speeds you are quoting the actual sync speeds or the results of speed tests ?
