2.4ghz Down/Disabled

I'm unable to get the 2.4ghz connection on my hub to work. No matter what settings I use (new ssid, changing channels, resetting hub, etc) it shows in basic as disabled even when the slider is set to on. Likewise going into advanced settings it just constantly shows as down regardless of any changes I make. 5ghz is working fine and has multiple devices connected, wired connections also working totally fine, but seems that nothing in the settings will make the 2.4ghz show up so can only assume this is a hardware fault.

OK thanks for trying. I can send another router to test with, would you like me to arrange this?

Hi AlanB88,

 

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing problems with your router, have you tried resetting it to factory default settings, if not then can you give this a try - Restore your router to factory settings
