I issued a complaint that I have an external fault on my line. I have close friend who works for open reach and has checked the internal cables etc. He has said i need to raise job to get this issue fixed. I did and on chat was told I would get a call within 72 hours to arrange this, I am still waiting 7 days later.
At the time of that call I was getting 13mbps now its down to 2mbps.
Please could this be looked at as im paying for fibre broadband for it not to stream any content etc
