Hi my 5g has stopped working. have reset and re named all my wifi setting several times and also reset the router itself. please see pics of the issues
as you can see the 5ghz is enabled but shows status as down. on chat last night i was told i can not use both at once. hahaha at that one... so please can some one help

The DSL3782 router is on its way, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.
Let us know how the connection compares with this router.

It will be the same make and model to the one you already have or alternatively we can send a different make and model (HG633) just for testing purposes?
