7th day without internet and no news from Talk Talk / Open Reach

Called TalkTalk last Friday to report no internet available, since Openreach engineer came on Sunday and fixed landline only, internet issue left unresolved and ticket marked as closed. I called TalkTalk again Monday and they say that a new ticket will have to be raised (???!!!) but since then I have had no updates from TalkTalk or Openreach, have called several times but unfortunately nothing that will help me!

Can you please add your home phone number or Account number to your Community Profile. 

 

We will not attempt to call you, this is so we can locate your account and run tests on your line if required. We will then reply via this Community.

 

If unsure of your phone number, and if your line is working simply dial 17070 from your land line phone and this will confirm the number for you. Alternatively these details can be found within My Account online or may be on the heading of any paperwork you have received.

 

Please post back on this thread when this has been done..

@saif256, you need to complete your community forum profile details for TT staff to identify your account. 

 

Go via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard; make sure you put in your landline phone number and a fallback mobile phone number; click finish to save. 

 

Staff reply during business hours Monday-Friday.
