Hi my activation days pass 5 days ago from 5 days I try chat with customers service but still no broadband router still flashing orange!!! Always when I connect chat always same question and steps reset router bla bla. But first bill setup for 27 may it's totally bad. Someone send engineering here?

I don't have phone for connecting I just connected router but no internet any website or any device I try connecting 4 device at home but always show connected no internet. Router flashing orange so that's mind no internet connection please can you send engineering for me ?

Line test is passing and router appears to be connected to the Internet. Are you experiencing any problems with your telephone service, is there a dial tone?
