Amber light - no internet

I have set up my router and I’ve received confirmation that the service is live. However the amber light on the front is flashing and there is no connection. How long does the router take to set up? Is there anything I can do?

Hi, the router is connected and switched on. I have just reset it and it appears to be working. Thanks for your help

Hello,

 

I've run a test on the line which hasn't detected a fault, however the router appears to be switched off. Is the router currently connected and switched on? Do you have a dial tone?

Try switching off the router for a full 30 minutes. If that doesn't work then please get back to us. Is the phoneline working?

Ok thanks. Will I need to reset it after midnight or will it automatically connect?

The service can take up until midnight on the go live date. Are you getting a dialtone on your phoneline?
