Can someone help me here? I booked an appointment of an openreach engineer last Saturday for 5th of July 13.00-18.00 (today).Talktalk call centre doesn't work..no chance to check the confirmation of my appointment...they didn't text me to confirm.

I eventually spoke to someone on the phone after 9am and found out that the other agent I spoke to on Sat who told me "no problem to rearrange an openreach engineer the date from Thursday to Monday the 5th" turned out to be a liar..
