Being forced onto fibre

Up to now, I have resisted moving to fibre broadband because I don’t need it. Now, I have been made “an offer I can’t refuse” - either stick with my current service, and face an increase from £23.95 to £30 a month for the privilege, or switch to fibre for a lower price for 18 months, after which, no doubt, the price will increase to vastly more than £30 a month. This is a cynical manipulation.

Hi RosaM, it's unlikely you'll see an increase once this contract is up as Fibre is a far far better product with greater reliability and lower running costs. We offer the cost incentive to promote the change to the better product as otherwise customers will sit back and stay as they are.
