Better deals for new customers than current customers

Had a few issues the back end of last year and technical team were fab. Went to renew and the deals for new customers are better than the ones out of contract. £24 for a new customer for fibre 65 plus TV lite or a special renewal price for existing customers of £30 for just fibre 65. Chatted and called 4 times in one day and they all cut off apart from 1 person when she transferred me. 1 operator even tried to downgrade my broadband when I said another company is offering the same speeds as fibre 65 for £19.50 and wanted to charge me more. 

So I guess I'm coming on here as a last resort to have in black and white the offer of a decent deal to stay with TalkTalk.

Thanks so much. Must of just struck unlucky. Was so very annoyed with the lack of service compared to the fantastic tech guy I was on with that really couldn't do enough. So very polite and great banter

@Missgb16, you really do have to persevere yet more with Chat/phone. 


Staff on the forum cannot fix renewals for us.
