When I run a speed test I am getting acceptable speeds, however whenever I start copying files/ downloading files while connected to the work GlobalProtect VPN the speeds drop to where it is unusable.
Any ideas, it appears to affect all devices and not just the device connected to the VPN - e.g. mobiles etc.

I've run a test on the line now which hasn't detected a fault. Do you have an alternative router that you can test with? If not then please let us know and we can send a replacement router for testing purposes. We would also send a router returns bag so that one of the routers can be returned.
