I have recently joined Talktalk and it hasn’t even been a week yet my broad band and speed has never worked for the whole day ? 
I’m trying to call up but can’t get through ? Please can some one help. I’m working from home so this isn’t very convenient

I'm really sorry you've had problems getting through to us, can you please update your community profile to include your:

  • Name
  • Telephone number
  • Alternative contact number

The phone lines also only open at 9am.
