Broadband failed twice this morning

My internet connection failed completely twice this morning, requiring a router restart. The first occasion was about 10.00 and then again at about 11.00. This was very inconvenient as I work from home and was in video conferences.

This has happened a few times over the last few weeks but I cannot afford it to become a common problem.

For information, I have a FAST 5364 router (which was sent to me in February 2021 following a problem with my original router). The computer I use is connected via a wired connection and there are no other devices using the connection. When the internet fails, the router flashes white and orange; after restart the connection is restored and there is a solid white light.

Hi Cameron_D,

 

I've ordered the router, it should be with you within a couple of days but please allow up to 5 working days for delivery

Yes if you are able to send me a new Hub to try, that would be great. Thanks.

Hi

 

I'm not seeing any errors on the line and all tests are clear. Would you like to try a new Hub to rule out a hardware issue ?
