My broadband connection isnt gud it keeps dropping can this either sorted or if not I want a reduction on my bill

@Mattie1980  What product do you have ?

 

If it's over the phone line is that working normally ?

 

Please add you phone number to you community profile so staff can identify your account.

 

TT do not offer reduced fees for under performance, they offer compensation for total lack of service after a set period or if they cannot fix your issue within 30 days of being advised of a problem, you can leave without penalty.
