Last few days, broadband and internet keep dropping out and lights on router go off every few minutes. Today, when broadband and internet lights are on router, phone and laptop say WiFi connected, no internet.
I have tried turning off router for 20 minutes, checking all wires and microfilter are plugged in correctly and plugging ethernet ethernet cable from router to laptop and still no internet.
Help, I am trying to download schoolwork for children and work from home for a school.

I've completed a line test which is detecting a possible fault towards the property. Is the router currently connected at the test socket?
I can send a replacement router for testing, would you like me to arrange this?
I have tried plugging it in at the test socket with the same results. It is now back in the normal socket. Yes please send me a new router so I can see if that works.
