Good Evening 

 

All this evening we have been experiencing very slow speeds, around 2mb down and numerous disconnections of internet connection. We should be getting around 37mb down.

 

Could this be looked into?

I'm sorry to hear this.

 

I've completed a line test which hasn't detected any faults and the connection appears to be stable.

 

Is the connection dropping when you are connected wired or wireless?
