Hi our Broad band speed today and over the weekend has been download of 1`.42 and upload 0.57. Hopeless for home working. Rang the call centre and was on the phone for 2.5 hrs this morning. We need an engineer to come out and check the line. The earliest they can do is 20th October and the appointment is supposed to have been booked. Can you confirm this i the case as we have had no e-mail confirmation and whether we can bring this forward. We both need better connection for our jobs as we work from home.
If you could respond it would be appreciated as connectivity tests reported no issues.
