My broadband is extremely slow. It has got slower following some recent power cuts.
It has been suggested that it could have affected the line management dynamics and if the DLM was reset, this could improve things.
Please could you investigate and optimise the speed of my broadband.

I go the broadband speed tested yesterday with the new router and it was
1.1MB download, 0.8 upload
so much improved and a lot easier to use the internet with these speeds.

Have the optimal speed for a bit, but then it seems to deteriorate to the levels I have given you before. Were told it is being a long way from the box.
Do not have a test socket next to the master socket.

I've optimised the connection again to try and increase the speed a bit further. Just to confirm, what speeds were you originally receiving before the speeds dropped? Does your master socket have a test socket?

I'm sorry for the delay. I can see that DLM has increased the speed this morning. How is your speed at the moment? What speeds were you receiving prior to the speed drop?

I've reset the data port and optimised your connection and the sync speed has increased to 1.5mb.
What speed were you previously receiving?
