Bug registering account

I've just signed up to TalkTalk and went to register an account, then:

1. Entered email address
2. Chose option to receive a link via email, email came through with a link.
3. Link takes me to a the "Great - You can now reset your password" page
4. Enter new password x2, hit confirm:
5. Get a "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again." - Checking the console shows a http 500 internal server error - "Only password of active email can be changed"

Could someone help get my account created please?
