My faster fibre broadband went live today but the Openreach engineer called to say the cabinet port was faulty and to get in touch with Talktalk to check if they would send someone out to replace it. He said he raised a case but to check. Can't get through to Talktalk because they've closed lines down. Talktalk then sent me an email to say they were going to send an engineer out and to call them to book an appointment but cant do that because lines are down. Can anyone here help? Just want to confirm that Talktalk are on the cabinet port issue.
