I just have one week using TalkTalk Broadband, overall was working excellent but, from the last two days have been impossible to open Facebook, Twitter or Instagram form Wi-Fi, this is happening on my laptop, tablet and mobile phone as well.
I've restarted the router couple times, switched off family protection, scam protection etc.
Please advise on how to fix this problem. Thank you. JAlfonzo

Please can you try activating Home Safe in My Account and then as soon as this shows activated then deactivate this straight away.
Can you then power down the router for 30 minutes as this will start a new session. If this issue still occurs then we would need to send a replacement router for testing.

I already reset, turned off/on and disconnected with no success. Please advise.

I'm sorry to hear this. Which router are you using? (make and model) Have you tried switching the router off for a full 30 minutes and then retested this again? Does this also happen if you connect wired?
