Connection to my work via DA worked last Monday been away Tuesday & Wednesday went to connect today and it won't. My IT dept. have checked every setting but still no joy - I am loosing hours of work. My home computers/devices connect to the Internet fine and my work laptop to DA via phone hotspot. I've rebooted the router but to no avail and am now desperate as I home work 4 days a week and can't just pop into the office.
Please help a.s.a.p. if you can.

Please can you add the serial number from the back of your router to the Private Notes section of your Community Profile?

The team won't be back now until morning, they will probably need to change your router to a different firmware version to fix this issue.
