An engineer is supposed to come on the 2nd of April and install my broadband. I would like to cancel the engineer and my contract but no one in the call centers are answering. Please cancel my Contract today.

Openreach have re-arranged any installations that require an engineer to visit. It's likely that your visit has already been cancelled or re-arranged. I've sent a PM to confirm some details so we can check for you.
