Cancelling Fibre 65 Upgrade?

Just carried out an upgrade to Fibre 65 previously was on the Fibre 35, upgraded because my contract was coming to an end. The new Fibre 65 is awful within the last three days it keeps loosing the internet connection and requires a router reboot to get the internet working. The previous Fibre 35 service was rock solid with the new router.

 

I believe that I have 20 days to cancel the new Fibre 65 service, is this correct? and if so how do I notify TalkTalk of the cancelation?
