Cannot access Router page and router constantly reboots

I have a D-Link 3782 in which ever since I have had it, there has been nothing apart from problems. I cannot access the router page and it restarts randomly. This is the second replacement D-Link router and the issue still persists.  I have tried resetting it but issue still happens. I am using 4G tethering to post this. 

 

Ever since my HG 635 which I have had for more than 2 years developed a fault this has been a nightmare. If I get another D-Link router replacement, I think I'm going to lose it.

I'm sorry to hear this. Is the voice service ok with no noise on the line? Would you like us to send a HG633 router for testing purposes to rule this out?
