Cannot access my login for this forum to post an issue

Hello,

It seems usernames with spaces are no longer allowed, but this means I cannot access my original account on here (to post an issue). I've tried my email as username (did not work) and removing spaces (did not work) by can reset my password by using email address.

How do I access my account/change my username (without being able to log in) please?
