Cannot browse / download whilst uploading

Hello,

 

I am experiencing an issue where I cannot download files, or browse the web at all in fact, whilst I am uploading data. I've noticed this issue a few times; most recently when syncing a large number of pictures to DropBox, but it's also happened when uploading a ZIP file to a file sharing site.

 

I suspect the issue is with my router. I have the HG633 and can see there's a few other posts in this forum regarding a similar issue which generally centres on that router. Is there anything that I can do to resolve the problem?

Hi Michelle,

 

It certainly happens when I connect wired. I just tested with my mobile connected via wifi and the issue did not occur in that case.
