Hi, 

 

I am unable to renew / swap my package to fibre65 via online or customer support. 

 

We both received this message 

Sorry, our line check shows you aren't able to upgrade to the selected TalkTalk package.

We're expanding our UK network all the time so please check back again soon

As a result I cannot reduce my bill to the rate offered, please can you help resolve this or I will have to switch supplier.
