Change fibre installation date / no contact number

I spoke to someone on the phone last Monday and arranged to have fibre installed this Thursday. I need to change this to another day as it conflicts with work but I have no contact number to do so and the number you contact me on does not accept calls.

As the working day is now over it's highly unlikely that whoever is contracted to do the work on TT's behalf will be able to be contacted in time.
