Hi .... hope someone can help .... I have been trying to get in touch with talk talk for 4 WEEKS ! trying to change address .... everytime I try it online they always say there's an unpaid balance on the account yet the account is fully up to date .... I have spent 2-3 hours waiting in a queue everyday on the phone only for them to knock me off the call before getting to the front of the queue ... also tried the call back option yet they never call me back .... I have children that need the Internet to study at home . No reply to any emails ... I'm stuck ... please help

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your account.
To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.
