Community Password Reset not working

My other half is trying to reset the password for userid (DC4653) but never receives a reset email. There are no error messages and the reset email is not going to spam. Any ideas how to fix?

Hi David,

 

Could you please add the email address that you used to register DC4653, to the private notes section of your (DRC1601) community profile and I'll try to find it

Hi Chris, I registered/attempted to register it a couple of months ago. Now, if I try to re-register it, it tells me my email address is already in use. Because of that, I assumed it had registered previously. I registered my wife successfully yesterday and I'm obviously using her userid to communicate with you. Is it not possible to see what userid, if any, is registered to my email address? When I try the reset password function for my email address I never receive anything back.

I can't find that username, do you know roughly when it was initially registered?
