My internet stopped working around 6am on Sunday. I have done everything possible from my end ( reboot, reset, turned socked off for hours) and still flashing amber. I believe the problem is from the grey box and this isnt the 1st time it's happened (the engineer fixed the grey box sept 2020). Could you please send an engineer asap as I cant function without internet and I have kids as well.

I can see a router in sync at 37mb now, is everything ok today ?
